Good storage keeps meltwater away from pedestrian routes and entrances, keeps drainage open, avoids irrigation heads, respects sight triangles and does not swallow parking a tenant is entitled to.

If There Is No Room Left On Site
Some properties genuinely run out of room — dense urban lots, structured decks, sites where every square foot is leased. The national standard for procuring snow services expects a property plan to identify the areas approved for stacking, and ours does. When those areas are full, the snow leaves the property.
